Believe it or not, but the way you follow up with someone and consistency in doing so will teach your potential client how you will take care of their account if they decided to work with you. You are basically teaching them ahead of time what it will be like to work with you. So be mindful

It is kind of being invited to a party and then being ignored by your hostโฆwould you come back to their house again?โฆNeither would I! Nurture your current relationships with your clients. Make them feel like you care about their business as you care about your own and watch your company prosper

People either trust you or they donโt. If you cannot fulfill on the product or service as promised, let your customers know. Do not wait for them to follow up with you but come to them first and renegotiate the due date. Integrity matters. Solid businesses are built on integrity
